But I get frustrated because on an almost daily basis I find calls that have been sent straight to voicemail, even though I was available at the time the call came through.o2-iphone-uk

My carrier, O2 have given me a new SIM card, but that’s made no difference. They’re now suggesting that it’s a fault with the handset itself but I’m not convinced. I think it might be more to do with their network.
